Possessive Pronouns and Possessive Adjectives :

Possessive Pronouns takes the place of the noun while a Possessive Adjectives describes a noun.

Possessive Pronouns usually goes after a noun while a Possessive Adjectives can always be found before a noun.

The house at the end of streetis theirs Their house is at the end of street
I like my car but I like yours more I like your car more
